These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wife From Latin America website and matchmaking services (collectively, the "Service"), operated from Raleigh, North Carolina. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and legally competent to enter into these Terms.

Wife From Latin America is an introduction and matchmaking service that helps sincere individuals meet relationship-minded partners for long-term relationships and marriage. We provide personal guidance, curated introductions, and related support services.

We are not a marriage broker in the sense of arranging or negotiating marriages. We facilitate introductions between consenting adults. Any relationship, engagement, or marriage that develops is solely the decision and responsibility of the individuals involved.

The Service is offered in compliance with applicable United States law, including the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act ("IMBRA"). As a condition of use, you agree to provide truthful, accurate information about yourself and to update it as needed.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, including any restraining order, protective order, or criminal history that would disqualify you from participation under IMBRA or similar regulations.

You agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Harass, threaten, or harm any member, employee, or partner of the Service;
• Solicit money, gifts, or favors from other members, or engage in any commercial activity through the Service;
• Attempt to scrape, collect, or harvest contact information or other data from the Service by automated means;
• Circumvent any safety, verification, or anti-scam measure implemented by the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without refund, and may be reported to authorities where appropriate.

We conduct identity verification and anti-fraud screening for members. However, verification is not a guarantee of a person's character, intentions, or background. You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and caution in all interactions, including when meeting in person.

We strongly recommend meeting in public places, informing a trusted person of your plans, and following the safety guidance provided by your matchmaker.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. Fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except in cases of material non-performance by the Service, determined at our sole discretion.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Wife From Latin America or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that introductions will result in a relationship or marriage, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, to whose jurisdiction you consent.
